survey & concept

An imaginative and collaborative start. We meet with clients to understand their aspirations and define a clear brief. A detailed site survey follows, leading to high-quality existing drawings. This stage also sparks the initial concept design - a creative response to the project’s goals.

planning

A crucial milestone. We prepare, submit, and monitor the Planning Application, liaising closely with the Local Authority and addressing feedback to give the application the best chance of success. We maintain over 95% success rate for first-time planning applications with our tried and tested approach, and dedication to each application. For complex projects, we may recommend involving a planning consultant.

technical design

The detail stage. We translate the developed design into technical information for Building Control approval and construction pricing. We coordinate with structural engineers and contractors to ensure accuracy and buildability.

Where design becomes reality. We support contractor selection, conduct site visits, inspect progress, and administer contracts. A quantity surveyor can be involved to manage budgets and review tenders, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations.
