As a guide, we are typically best suited to projects with construction budgets from approximately £200,000 upwards, although our services can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of each project.
Tailored to your project's budget, this structure ensures alignment between our efforts and your investment. This can range from 5% to 15% or more, depending on factors such as project size, complexity, and location.
For specific services or smaller projects, our hourly rates offer flexibility and cost-effectiveness. This is useful for smaller projects or specific services like consultations or design revisions.
With a well-defined scope, our fixed fee option provides clarity and predictability from the outset, eliminating surprises and allowing us to focus on realising your vision.
Sometimes we suggest a combination of these fee structures, especially for larger or more complex projects where the scope may evolve over time.
