Characterised by its innovative use of birch plywood interior cladding, this project was driven by the use of sustainable materials and natural finishes. The natural grain and texture of the birch brings warmth to the space, with clever integrated storage expertly detailed and built by the finising woodworker.

The design prioritises spatial efficiency, maximizing every inch of the loft while maintaining an airy and open ambiance. Strategically placed skylights and large windows to the rear garden flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.
